Clients - what they say
Inspiring leader
“Vicky is an inspiring leader, she is thoughtful and able to step back and see the bigger picture and develop the vision. She is quick to understand the challenge and identify a clear solution. With Vicky’s mentorship, one of my team has successfully stepped up into a management position. She developed their strategic thinking and helped them navigate their new role by asking insightful questions, challenging their fears and assumptions in a supportive and friendly but professional manner. Vicky works in partnership, has the drive and energy to bring people with her, make things happen and realise the vision”.
— Stella Kerins, Director of Business Support. St Luke’s Hospice.
The big picture
“Vicky has worked with St Barnabas and Chestnut Tree House hospices for the past four years. She has undertaken a series of interim management roles for us in Events and Community Fundraising. Vicky has also worked on a range of different Departmental projects for us including In-memoriam giving strategy, stewardship, insight, cashless giving, new event development and donor experience. She is very flexible, solution-orientated with good people and presentation skills. She spends time understanding a problem and involving the right people with the right plan to create a solution. Vicky works well with our staff teams and is able to bring real change, she always has the big picture in mind as well as the detail. She is fun to work with and keen to help us achieve our goals”.
— Stephanie Smith, Director of Income Generation. Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice & St Barnabas Hospice.
She nailed it!
“I worked with Vicky during a time of significant organisational change at Action for Children her role was varied and clearly of critical importance. Whatever challenge you set her, managing a project, structuring a team or developing a strategy she absolutely nailed it all. Vicky found the right solution every single time. Vicky is an awesome communicator with fantastic people management skills and she used these natural talents to motivate those around her to deliver and embed the change”.
